We are really pleased to be able to hold our Summer Fair this year and enjoy another community and fundraising event. To make it a successful and fun filled day, we need your help!

Before the event we need to your donations! These can be left in the LINK in the Infants from Monday 16th May, but we wanted to give you plenty of notice about the things we need.

• BUNTING – To help decorate the playground we need lots of lovely colourful bunting. Please make your own or donate small triangles of fabric and we’ll sew them together. (Template attached).
• JAM JARS & SWEETS – The sweet tombola is always a huge success. We need as many clean jam jars, small plastic pots with lids, cone bags and any other containers you may have (filled with sweets or empty). Please donate any individually wrapped chocolates or sweets to go in the jars (No nuts please)!
  TOYS – Any new or nearly new toys for the toy stall
• BOOKS – Good quality books ( school age -not baby/toddler board books) for the book stall
• KITS & COSTUMES – Good quality dressing up stuff, sports equipment and second hand Rokesly t-shirts and hoodies that your children have outgrown
• BOTTLES – Anything in a bottle from chilli sauce to champagne for the bottle tombola. Alcohol must be left with the Infant Office (NOT in the link)
• RAFFLE– If you or your work could donate prizes we would be very grateful. Prizes must be left in the Infant Office please

On the day we will need:

• FOOD – for the international food stall, donations of different dishes are very welcome. Please let Nav @ summerfairrokesly@gmail.com know if you’re can cook something to sell on the day.
• CAKE COMPETITION – All budding bakers can show off their skills and enter!
• STAGE– singers/dancers/ musicians can have a slot on the main stage and entertain us! Please contact Ruth @ rokeslypsachair@gmail.com to be added to the set list!
